A highly-respected CEO, renowned both inside and outside his organization, was faced with a challenge of time management. His numerous responsibilities and commitments were becoming a bottleneck, affecting his ability to focus on high-value tasks and strategic priorities.

The Result

A leader from Horizon Now created an 'Office of the CEO' infrastructure to streamline his commitments and responsibilities. We developed a system to filter tasks and make decisions that didn't require his direct intervention, prioritize his time, track and follow up on prep work and action items, and handle special projects on his behalf. We also managed peripheral responsibilities, such as advisory boards and board of directors roles, to further optimize his time.

The Solution

This structured approach resulted in the CEO being able to dedicate more time and attention to the most critical organizational priorities.
